If you got a dead iPhone, don’t power on, don’t seem to charge, it could be in a wired state of a software and hardware conflict. You need to hard reset / force reset the iPhone. Here is how you do it:

1 Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2 Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3 Press and hold the side power button until you see the Apple logo.
